PROPOSED TEXT FOR THE 28TH AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION:
(Section 1)
No person shall be denied life. No state shall make or enforce a law that authorizes the intentional killing of human beings. Nor shall any state make a law, or any court establish a precedent that does not respect the life, the humanness, and the equal personhood of all human beings, from the moment of conception.
(Section 2)
This prohibition of legal killing of human beings is permanent and inalienable, and shall not be arbitrated, compromised, or made exception to, by any legislature, court of law, governmental authority, or legal force whatsoever, in perpetuity.
